Measure distance between two points on the same arc in CATIA

I want to measure the distance between two points located on the same arc. When I use the 'measure between' command it is giving me the direct distance between points measured straight. I want am exact distance along the curve ( Geodesic). How should I get it? Plz help.

In Inventor I use the LOOP measurement, maybe you have something simular in CATIA

First, trim the curve back to the 2 points. Then measure the length of the trimmed curve.
