Hi I want to make a machine which can able to remove the soap from packet easily without any damage.. We have a soap manufacturer they Manufacture soap while manufacturing some soap packets got rejected due to wrong packing so we want to remove that soap which has been packed wrong.
Please suggest any modles or mechanisam

Hire an expert machine designer. Who will design for you and that machine should work on G-code
i think plc program needed...
model is not important. common mechanical mechanism ( based on your requirement) and some basic plc programming knowledge.
the same application i used my college failure project. now i don't have the files. tomorrow i will send the document. i hope if you refer the document you will get some ideas.
