my user settings not updated after catia restart
.catsetting file I'm checking the time stamp in the respective folder but it's showing old one time stamp and for ex the changes I'm trying to make in sketcher workbench after restart all my changes are gone in Tools>options.

When you are done using CATIA, stop CATIA with FILE + EXIT. Do NOT close the CATIA window. Exiting will save the changes you made to the settings.
