But if you're looking at an idea approach to a vehicle that is versatile enough to fit what is mentioned in your png attachment perhaps you could look at what the military uses for sea-to-land invasion. Take the idea, scavage for usable models, then transform it into a type of emergency vehicle. Say something deployed in the middle of a hurricane to reach victims. Or, design a new type of boat that uses solar energy technology. Say the boat is headed in one direction and needs to aim a panel array towards the sun for power. Lots of moving mechanical stuff. Wind tends to enter as a design factor. Well. sound's like phd stuff so perhaps I should shut up. Good luck.
