'Page does not exist' unless I'm logged in

I uploaded a OBJ file of an engine bay. Added tags and information etc. I can see the model like I can see any other model on GrabCad. But none of the tags find the model when searched. I shared the link from the share option button but no one can open open the link. "Sorry, that page doesn't exist" is the return. So no one can see it and no one can search it. Am I missing something?

My possible solution: I fixed the issue. It seems that if you load a model but do not load a 'preview' image then it fails. It will look like all is ok from your login but wont be searchable nor will the link to the model work. Make sure you load a jpg preview image, however you want that to look. Load it first or at the same time as the model drag and drop because it looks like you can't undo the preview image it selects if you only upload and save a model on its own.

With a STEP file, I got these messages :

Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!

For about three weeks, I tried a number of manipulations to get rid of it. I deleted the model on Grabcad and then recreated it. That didn't solve the issue. One or two days later, I deleted the model on Grabcad again and recreated it. That didn't solve the issue either. I also contacted Grabcad support. I also tried Michael Costello's responses "Answered on 18 Sep, 2022 02:59 AM". That didn't solve the issue either, but well, I don't know English, so it's possible that I misunderstood something.

However, I found a solution that seems foolproof.

Firstly, I created a model almost identical to another of my models that has no issues. In other words, I can say that I duplicated a model that works well, its name was almost identical, and at the end of the name, I added "duplicate." I published it, and in private browsing, I verified that it was indeed published.

In a second step, I edited this model named "duplicate": I added everything that had not worked, and I also renamed the model. During the editing process, I removed everything that had been duplicated from the model that was already working.

Now everything works! I have no explanation; everything is identical, and everything works.
