Please explain why this message pop up saying there is sweep operator error?

I want to use multi-section surface function on CATIA after done making the wireframe. However the message pop up saying there is an error, thus, can't perform the command. How to solve this problem? I've been stuck for days on this problem. Please help me because this is my assignment, and I have to submit by this week.
