Problem with Creating Animation in SW Visualize Professional 2021!!!

Hi, In solidworks visualize, turntable and animation output tab, the "create Movie" option is disabled and I cannot turn it on. Can anyone help please? I am using Solidworks Visualize Professional 2021. See the picture attached.
