Problem with Photoview 360 in solidworks. it just crashes on startup.

Any render just crashes on startup.
i tried luxology aand bonjour fixes but it didnt worked out.
I have updated from SW2016 to SW2018 since then problem started I tried to go back to 2016 then the same problem started in that too and now the same problem is persisting in both the versions.
