Hi someone how can cad this probeller for me? tha would be so hopeful.

Model the hub then model one of the fins and pattern it.

I have a 3-blade RH if you'd like to use it. Was designed with machining in mind. If you have to have a 4-blade, I can modify the blade geometry and pattern accordingly.
