Section Cut View properties and standards controlling file
Hello Guys,
I need to customize the section cut view that is generated, Suppose i want the section cut view generated to be named by some other names , for that to change i need a file or script that is controlling that, so can anyone help me find that file ?.
Also the section cut descrpitionis acutally genrated based on the formula that is there in the Screenshot that i have attached.
So someone who is aware of this concept please help me find a solution

You can change the name by changing the View Properties.
If you have admin privileges', you can change or make a new drafting Standard.
If you are referring to the prefix of the view name, i.e "Section View" then you need to remove it from the file listed below.
Depending on 32 or 64 bit and OS version it will be somewhere like
C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B30\win_b64\resources\msgcatalog
The file you are looking for is CATView.CATNls

There are so many options in the drafting standard xml files, that I have always found it easier to just edit the section view label. You can either edit the text, or use the view Properties:

There is no file (or rule or algorithm) that I'm aware of that is used to control Section Views - it is up to the CAD operator to determine if a Section View is necessary and where the Section View should be taken from.
I thought you wanted to know how to control the name of the view.
