Here is the spring file you want and the tutorial to make it is in the Design Journal. Open the spring part and select Design Binder and dbl click Design Journal The instructions and pictures for each step are there to make the spring. You will use normal sketch techniques along with pierce relations and the compound curve command to make the sweep path to make half the spring and mirror it across the right plane.
