The photos of the models I uploaded are not showing

GrabCAD has a queue for generating renderings of 3D parts. While Solidworks files usually eventually render, I’ve seen cases where it takes weeks to make it through the queue. Since some of your Soldworks models have rendered successfully I’d say it’s not a software version issue.

The best method is to create your own rendering in a JPEG format and place that as your first displayed file. This will always immediate display while the other files are working their way through the queue.
