The stolen model

Hello friends,

My model on my page was stolen and the person who stole it published it as if it was their own model. I started to share some of my models from all my posts. I no longer publish all my models in Grabcad. I have written to Grabcad many times and complained about this theft, but I still have not received a response. In fact, I am sharing this complaint message with you in the attached section. please check it.
Please think again while sharing your models. What else can I do to prevent such a thing? please help me

They made a comeback, I'm a follower of the issue.

I don't doubt you are the originator however:

1. They have provided a complete CAD file for the mold. You haven't. At the very least you are breaking GC rules by only providing a placeholder model. You haven't provided anything except renderings and a very short video to compare.
2. While your publish date is prior to his, all his file dates are prior to yours with the exception of one single file. I believe it's easy to spoof the publish date by editing a prior published model. So the publish date won't prove anything.
3. Some of your slides seem to be shown assembled on the wrong half of the die. His are not.

By removing the CAD files for the mold, you have made it difficult to prove there is no difference between the molds. He has provided renderings from totally different angles. It would take a great deal of study by a mold expert to determine that the molds are identical. Since the molds are probably made to industry standards and are making a part probably designed by a third party, any determination that the molds are identical would be highly subjective.

Again, I don't doubt that you are the original publisher of this mold. I just think you are on shaky ground trying to prove it with the current amount of evidence.
