Thread in a tube

Hello,

My goal is to add a female 3/4" BSPT thread at the top of a tube but I fear that the overlapping of the tube wall with the thread will create issues when printing (see pic).
What is the best way to create a thread inside a tube?

Thanks very much in advance!

Which 3d printing technology? SLA, SLS, FDM??

Why the thin wall?

Normal helical sweep thread can be used for internally i have tested it with FDM type printer it was good after 3d printing.( makerbot)

I can't quite see, but believe you have two different solids, the tube and the thread. If you are saying the ID of the tube is smaller than the major of the thread... I would go to parts workbench, create a cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the major diameter of the thread. Do a cut of the tube with that. Do a fusion of the resulting cut with the thread.

in PTC Creo there is an option to make internal thread using helical sweep

Create thread by helical helix profile....
