Tooling split cannot knit sheets together, can't create mold, need help!
I've been trying to make a mold for this part for some time now and the result is always the same: the tooling split cannot knit sheets together. I had the same issue with the shut off surfaces but I unchecked the 'knit' feature and it worked. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me with this problem.

I have manually designed the mold and attached below.
If you are planning to produce such part finally out of mold then I have bad News for you. Your part is missing fillets in various Corners.
Also, if you loook carefully the bottom side of the mold, there are several Corners which is not cnc machinable.
