Unable to create this extruded feature due to geometric Conditions
I had an extrude cut holes at an angle from a 3d sketch on a curved surface. However, when I tried to increase the diameter, I just the error message above. I am confused, cause I see no tangent intersections between 2 faces.

well after making the 3D sketch try making reference plane at an angle and then try it out this will solve the problem

Create a 2d sketch using reference plane.
That might do the job
