Want this simple flange to be made in solidworks file.
I have tried so much for that simple hole at an angle. please guide me how to do it.

several options will make such a feature.
1. create a reference plane at the appropriate angle. Sketch on that plane, then extrude the desired boss.
2. Create a sketch line at the appropriate angle. Create a new sketch on the "top" face of your model for this new protrusion. Use the angled sketch line to define the direction your extrusion will go in.
3. Create a path sketch. Create a profile sketch. Do a Sweep command to form the protrusion. If it is just a circle, then this can be done without a profile sketch by choosing the circular profile option under the sweep command.
4. Create a reference plane in the correct location. Sketch half the profile of the protrusion. Use the Revolve command to create the desired shape.
Post what you've already done so we can see where it has gone wrong.
The model can be made with two revolved features if the goal is as few features as possible.
I like making cuts/holes as features too, so I added the two holes as features.
