Weldments Material

Hi guys.

is it possible to applying different material into a weldment structure of a same file? For example the I beam was "Carbon Steel" and C channel is "Aluminium"

A weldment is a multibody part, so this should work for you. Be careful mixing steel and aluminum, galvanic corrosion will occur.

Thanks!, i was wondering where can i change the material, since there is no solid body folder in the Feature Manager Tree. So the only way to see the material that we have chosen is by clicking edit material, right?

The Solid Bodies folder should appear automatically if you have more than one body in a part file. You can check your settings under System Options - Feature Manager (see attached image).
Because this is a weldment, you may need to look under the Cut List folder in your feature tree. I see that it contains 1,238 items.

I see, but i try to open the cut list as you mentioned, and the sub-window is the same (as picture). i already follow your guide in the system option and select Show for solid bodies. I try to create a new part and the folder came out as a "Cut List" and not as "Solid Bodies". Did i messed up somewhere?
