What does engineer charge for 2d to 3d conversion of simple blank die?
Main parts 2d drawing is provided
Ex. Top plate,bottom plate,Pad etc.

There is no set fee to make 3D models based on 2D drawings. Depends on local rates, complexity of data and how much time it will take, CAD format, etc. Additional fees if other requirements, such as analysis and/or drawings are required.
(there is no "conversion program" to provide a push button service - this requires manual effort and time)
