What Does this message means " the part intersects itself after bend operation"?
When i execute the edge flange command i get this message " the part intersects itself after bend operation"
does anyone know how can i fix it?

this is how I would manufacture this part,
closed corner, with 0.1mm ish gap between corners, and then weld up corners.

try doing corners like this with closed corner feature
