It is a very useful tool that will allow you to repeat a certain part depending a feature (pattern).

Example: You have a tube with a threaded hole circular pattern on one end of it and you want to add screw to all of them. Then you only have to place one screw and use the feature driven pattern and you'll have all your screws!
