Regarding Ansys, start learning some theory like machine design terms (principle stress, von mises stress, etc.,) when you are intended to use structural module. But regarding fluid simulation, you need to have a good idea on turbulence model, mesh quality and some basic governing equation. After learning these, watch a video and copy the same, by doing so you will get the idea. Do this repeatedly but at some point you will get clash of knowledge which will evolve as doubt. At that time search for forums that discuss the problem and solution, regarding Ansys there is ansys student community to help solve problem and they are leaded by experts and professionals. After such iterative process you will get clear idea of various buttons and concepts. Then start reading documents from ansys, think any real world problem, then go with paid courses on udemy etc., which will give more clarity of unique domains. By the time register for ansys webinars where you can visualize the features and in depth of that particular function.

These process are more iterative and time consuming but I can assure you that you will learn a lot.
