Where can i find a CAD model of an axial flow impeller , with the specifications of its real model like head, pressure, rpm etc

I need a CAD model of a real impeller and i need properties of that model so that when i perform analysis of CAD model i may use or keep those specs in my mind.
Please share link where i can find such a model.

Thanks!

Ansys will definitely help you. First make sure what kind of impeller and in Ansys there are few workbench like CPD, Fan blade etc., So please check youtube videos for generating impeller and it's respective casing. CPD will input user data and automatically generate impeller and volutes. Good Luck

Look online for suppliers of impeller fans. Besides having the operating specs, quite often they will have downloadable CAD files.

McMaster-Carr might have what you want:

I do not think any fan or pump manufacturer is likely to supply models of the actual impeller used in any of their products. They have put a bit of effort designing these parts and they will not give you their intellectual property. If you wish to understand how these impellers work and perform you will need to design your own and test it. In the past manufacturers of this type of equipment would design their impellers by a combination of fluid mechanics principles and experience. When developing say a range of blowers, to check the performance, the theoretical fan curve, and so enable the blower to be correctly specified for mechanical plant and equipment, prototypes would be build and tested to confirm achieving the design performance. Now with CFD and 3D models instead of physically testing prototypes software such as Ansys can be used.
