Which company in the US can manufacture a medical implant in titanium?

This piece has be fabricated in titanium grade 23 (or another adequate for the human body). Also, the material has to be trabeculated with 200 microns interspace. It'd be like the product in the photo.

It would be capable of printing the part you posted above, but the trabeculated interspace will be the challenge regardless or what route you decide to go. Another challenge would obiously be finding a company or shop that already owns a unit and would allow contract work.
