which is the best animation software to do motion simulation ???
Actually i want to do motion simulation for my special purpose machine... which should cover exact operation of the machine... so i need software which is specialized and user friendly for doing animation...

Since animation comes after modelling, you need user-friendly software for both modelling & animating...
If you'll use it for this specific purpose only (i.e. won't use it anymore after that), then free software is what you're aiming at.
I'd suggest Blender, Fusion360 (free for students or non-commercial users) or Clara.io (Browser-based):
