Which software should I learn?

I'm a mechanical engineering student. I have just finished 2d in autocad and i would like to learn 3d designing. I'm interested in automotive, aerospace and aviation. So please bro's give your suggestion......(catia, solidworks, nx, pro-e)

I would find out what software the main companies in the areas you want to work use and go for that as it will be what their suppliers use as well

Most of the 3d CAD programs work alike,
I think Solidworks or Inventor are the most prefered, but this
choice is up to U. If you look into the CG files, SW is very common used.
Note that different versions of SW are not compatible with eachother so aim for the newest, this will open older files, reverse does not work...
