Which universities have the best CAD/CAE/CAM Master Degree?

Hello,
I will finish my Engineer's degree in 1 year, so I would like to apply for the universities that have the best CAD/CAE/CAM Master Degrees.

I'm really interested in the UK and Germany (English language program), but I will consider the USA, China, South Korea, Japan and other EU member countries if an English language program is available.

Another important point is that my average mark is not really exceptional (7/10)... As I tent to work really hard on external projects instead of getting high marks on my degree's subjects. Besides that, I think I have a good portfolio, I've been self-teaching myself in CAD since 2012 and I'm trying to keep up with my aspirations, but I still have a long way to go.

Thanks in advance!

typically you only really see associates degrees for pure CAD/drafting, so i would suggest an engineering field with a heavy CAD focus

check with coventry university of UK also...

Pennsylvania College of Technology offers both an associates and bachelors degree in Engineering Design Technology. It is a heavy CAD curriculum where several software's is explored with an emphasis in Mechanical design.

My actual university offers a Master's Degree in Integrated Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing which is exactly that, CAD, CAE and CAM, names of these degrees change depending on the university but the subjects are similar.

Other similar Master Degrees in the UK:
Computer Aided Engineering - MSc Cranfield University
Advanced Product Design Engineering - MSc Kingston University
