which would be the best mates for a translating screw jack?

Hello evreyone,
I'm a mechanical engineering student and i have this project - Translating Jack Screw - that I'm having trouble with.
Kynematically speaking the model works exactly as i planned, however, in the motion analysis studies I've tried to do, it doesn't work. Probably it's due to the mates, but I don't know where the problem is.
Can anyone help me?
