Why are my previews or model views not showing up on my uploads?
It's been three days since I uploaded files and PDF's, and am getting thumbs down votes because the 3D model isn't showing up, or any of the previews.

If you want an immediate preview, you must upload some image file (static or animated, the system chooses the first of the images you upload, which can be reordered in the gallery when you edit the model.
If you only upload a CAD model you will have to wait for it to finish uploading: your models have not been processed yet.
PS: note that when you want to see your model a sign appears that says: Working...

Newbie to Grabcad here, but I had this problem until I reduced the size of my JPG images to 800x600. My much larger original images never showed up, but when I deleted them and uploaded the smaller images, they appeared almost immediately. It would have been nice for Grabcad to put up a warning message during the upload that the image files were too large.
