Part 3

1. Step 1:

   now create new layer and set blending mode to overlay with a medium white soft brush crate highlights for the rims
   

   

2. Step 2:

   the wheel rims soft black brush 20% opacity give depth to the wheel arches
   

   

3. Step 3:

   notice how the edges get highlights gives more realistic effect
   

   

4. Step 4:

   more shadows and highlights. Take it step by step one small detail at a time. Ad soft shadows ad some highlights then enhance them both
