In this tutorial, i will show how to design Heavy Duty Door Hinge. . . as per drawaing.

1. Step 1:

   Find Design Data.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Hinge part 1 : Draw Cross section as per data.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude above section up to 25.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Put hole for bolting .. using hole feature.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Now we have to draw the sketch as per below shot.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Now sub-strac or cut the above drawing.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Hinge part 2 : in this step u have to take similary process like from step 2 to step 5 but as per below shot
   

   

8. Step 8:

   cut the section as per step 6.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   apply fillet radius 3 in both parts
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Draw a Pin section.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Extrude up to 25.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Asswmble it.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Hinge is Ready.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Design data
