That's it.

1. Step 1:

   TO CHANGE THE DIMENSIONS INTO FEET/INCHES

   Go to preferences→Annotation→Units→Linear formats and units→Change it to Engineering Feet/Inches
   And in that Units only Go to Dual Dimension and Format Units→Select Secondary Dimension After, in the small box select Full Size Fraction
   Say ok.
   AS SHOWN IN FIG.

   

2. Step 2:

   Now Select Inferred Dimension and give dimension to every View.
