1. Step 1:

   make a solid feature by 'the Revolve'

   use 'spline on surface'

   use 'spline on surface'
   

   

6. Step 6:

   'Hide' the first solid feature

   by 'sweep' make a pipe
   

   

9. Step 9:

   by 'shell' make a hollow tube

    Render
