Here is the second way to create screenshots of your work.
In this tutorial i will show you how to take screenshots of your work in Solidworks by using snipping tool.

1. Step 1:

   To open Snipping Tool, select the Start button, type snipping tool, and then select it in the search results.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Select Mode (or, in older versions of Windows, the arrow next to New), and then choose Free-form, Rectangular, Window, or Full-screen Snip.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Use your mouse to select the area that you want to capture, and then Use the Save button at the top of the snip to save your image.
