How to free mates to allow movement in assembly?

Here is the full solution. When i looked at the assembly i found that the limit angle mate is creating problem. You have mated it in the hinge rather than Header. Maybe this will help.

1. Step 1:

   Select the Hinge assembly and then component properties.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Change solve as to flexible.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Now the first hinge is working.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Component properties of second hinge assembly.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Change solve as here to flexible also.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Mate.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Select the hinge face.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Mate it to the face of other hinge.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Choose Parallel. A error will pop up. We will solve it later. Click OK.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Now under the mates of second hinge select limit angle3.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Press Delete. Click Yes.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Now the assembly is working fine.
