Perimeter in SolidWorks
Measuring perimeter or spline lenghts is a bit difficult, but i have a quick tutorial for you below, take a look :)

Step 1:
open your file and open the spline/arc

Step 2:
exit sketch and open the "measure" tool

Step 3:
click on the spline and see the magic happen :)
