How to use Rotate tool in AutoCAD?

1. Step 1:

   

   You can find Rotate at the Modify panel,or you can type RO and the command will start automatically.In this case I want to rotate the right circle for 30° around my left circle.

   
   

2. Step 2:

   

   Now I need to specify the base point,as I said I need to rotate my right circle around my left circle for 30° so I will click the center of the left circle.

   
   

3. Step 3:

   

   Now I just need to type the angle,be aware that in some situations you will need to to type -30° if it goes to the wrong direction.

   
   

4. Step 4:

   

   That was a quick presentation of rotate tool in AutoCAD.
