Tutorial - Gusset in Weldment in SolidWorks?
Here is the tutorial.

Step 1:
Start SolidWorks and open the attached file.

Step 2:
Under Weldments tab click Gusset.

Step 3:
Select the corresponding faces.

Step 4:
Change the location settings.

Step 5:
Click OK and the gusset is generated.
