Tutorial: How to make a collet chuck?

1. Step 1:

   Create a revolved feature with the dimensions given or according to your own dimensions.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Initiate a sketch on the selected plane and sketch a line on it
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Use extrude cut option
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Circular pattern this feature
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Use the following to fill the parameters area.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Initiate a sketch on the plane shown
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Sketch a line as done in the earlier step
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Change the orientation according to the image.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Repeat the earlier procedure to extrude cut and circular patter to get the chuck.
