1. Step 1:

   open connecting rod. use insert-part command and insert the connecting rod part 2
   

   

2. Step 2:

   click on this button
   

   

3. Step 3:

   click on shown surfaces and click on add button
   

   

4. Step 4:

   now select this surfaces and click on add button
   

   

5. Step 5:

   combine the parts
