1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on the front plane
   

   

2. Step 2:

   draw a line 75mm
   

   

3. Step 3:

   continue
   

   

4. Step 4:

   continue
   

   

5. Step 5:

   continue
   

   

6. Step 6:

   use revolve command
   

   

7. Step 7:

   open a sketch on the front plane .
   

   

8. Step 8:

   draw a 23mm line
   

   

9. Step 9:

   continue
   

   

10. Step 10:

    finish the sketching
    

    

11. Step 11:

    use revolve command.
