1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on the top plane
   

   

2. Step 2:

   extrude it by 36,3mm
   

   

3. Step 3:

   open a sketch on the front plane
   

   

4. Step 4:

   draw a rectangle
   

   

5. Step 5:

   use fillet command
   

   

6. Step 6:

   exit from sketch and insert--curve--helix
   

   

7. Step 7:

   click on shown surface
   

   

8. Step 8:

   draw a circle
   

   

9. Step 9:

   exit from sketch and enter shown values. then confirm that
   

   

10. Step 10:

    use sweept command. select the profile before
    

    

11. Step 11:

    then select the path
