1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on the front plane and draw shown sketch. dimensions are not importand you can draw bigger rectangles. but only make sure that the lines have to be intersect with the body
   

   

2. Step 2:

   cut the body like shown
   

   

3. Step 3:

   now open a sketch on the top plane

4. Step 4:

   draw shown sketch
   

   

5. Step 5:

   use circular pattern command
   

   

6. Step 6:

   select the orjin
   

   

7. Step 7:

   click on ''entities to pattern'' box and select the rectangle
   

   

8. Step 8:

   12 pattern

9. Step 9:

   use cut extrude command
   

   

10. Step 10:

    now fillet these edges
    

    

11. Step 11:

    now fillet these all edges by 0,1mm
    

    

12. Step 12:

    save the part 14
