1. Step 1:

   try to make your splines like shown.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   open a sketch on shown surface
   

   

3. Step 3:

   draw shown sketch
   

   

4. Step 4:

   add two splines like shown
   

   

5. Step 5:

   try to make your splines like in picture
   

   

6. Step 6:

   use 3D sketch option
   

   

7. Step 7:

   draw two splines
   

   

8. Step 8:

   normal to front plane
   

   

9. Step 9:

   complete the sketch
   

   

10. Step 10:

    open a sketch on this surface...
    

    

11. Step 11:

    draw a line
    

    

12. Step 12:

    and use convert entities command. select shown edge
    

    

13. Step 13:

    these are our three sketchs for loft command
