Tutorial - Lofted Surface in AutoCAD?
Here is the Tutorial.

Step 1:
Start AutoCAD.

Step 2:
Choose Circle.

Step 3:
Enter center of circle as 0,0,0 and radius be 20mm.

Step 4:
Again draw a circle at center 0,0,20.

Step 5:
Input the radius value be 40.

Step 6:
Choose the front view from the navigation wheel.

Step 7:
Now the front view of the drawing is shown. If necessary regenerate the model using regen command.

Step 8:
Create two splines at the end points of the projected lines by the circles and a line along the y axis between the centers of the circles.

Step 9:
Under surfaces tab choose loft.

Step 10:
Select the upper circle.

Step 11:
Now select the lower circle.

Step 12:
Right click and Select enter or press enter.

Step 13:
Now Select Guides. And select the first spline.

Step 14:
Select the other spline also.

Step 15:
Right click the drawing and select enter or just press enter key.

Step 16:
Lofted surface is generated.

Step 17:
Choose isometric view from the navigation wheel and change the shademode to Conceptual for a better view.
