Tutorial - Modeling Checkers board in SolidWorks?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Top plane>>Sketch.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw a box of 250x250.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude it by 20mm.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Shell.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Select lower face and distance be 5mm.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Fillet the otuer edges by 5mm.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Top face>>Sketch.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Draw a Square of 200x200.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Convert it to construction geometry.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Draw a box and it's length be 1/8 of the bigger box height.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Linear Sketch pattern.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Select the box to pattern about x-axis at distance of 25mm 8 times.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Again Linear patttern all boxes about the y-axis 8 times at 25mm.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Exit the sketch. Curves>>Project Curves.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Select the sketch and top face.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Top Face>>Sketch.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Draw a center-point rectangle of 220mm.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Split line it on the top face too.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Select the face and then appearence.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Select Face.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Select all Odd faces.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Color them Orange.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Similarily color all even boxes white.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    The outer area be black.
    

    

25. Step 25:

    The rest of body be wooden appearence.
    

    

26. Step 26:

    And we have the board prepared
