  3. Step 3:

Exit the sketch. Reference Geometry >> Plane.

  4. Step 4:

Offset the top plane by 80mm.

  5. Step 5:

    Plane1>>Sketch.

  6. Step 6:

Draw a circle of 50mm dia.

  7. Step 7:

Select Lofted surface tool under surfaces tab and select both profiles.

  8. Step 8:

Planar surface tool under surfaces tab.

  9. Step 9:

    Select the upper circular edges.

  10. Step 10:

    Front plane >> Sketch.

  11. Step 11:

    Draw a line.

  12. Step 12:

Exit the sketch and then Curves >> Project curve.

  13. Step 13:

Select the line and the face.

  14. Step 14:

    Top surface >> Sketch.

  15. Step 15:

Draw this entity using rectangle and then fit spline tool.

  16. Step 16:

Exit the sketch and then Select Swept surface tool under surfaces tab.

  17. Step 17:

Select the spline as the profile and curve as the path.

  18. Step 18:

    Reference Geometry >> Axis.

  19. Step 19:

    Select Top plane and Origin.

  20. Step 20:

    Circular pattern.

  21. Step 21:

Select the swept surface as the body to be patterned about axis 6 times.

  22. Step 22:

Trim surface tool under surfaces tab.

  23. Step 23:

Trim type be mutual and select all surfaces to trim. Under remove selection select all outer surfaces with swept surfaces.

  24. Step 24:

Click OK and the trim is performed.

  25. Step 25:

Thicken tool under surfaces tab and select the surface. Thicken it inside.

  26. Step 26:

    Top face>>Sketch.

  27. Step 27:

Draw a circle of 20mm diameter.

  28. Step 28:

Extrude cut it by through all.

  29. Step 29:

    Insert >> Feature >> Flex.

  30. Step 30:

Select the body as flex input and then twisting type flex. Adjust the tried to X=90.Y=Z=0. Now input the flex angle as 90º.

  31. Step 31:

Click OK and the part is generated.
