Tutorial - Simulation of Plummer block under torque?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Start SolidWorks and open the attached model.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Under simulation tab choose study advisor>>new study.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Let's keep the settings to default and select type Statis and click OK.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Under fixture advisor select fixed geometry.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Select the inner faces of the body of casting where the bolts will make it fixed.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Now we can see the green arrows. These arrows indicate that the body is fixed here.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Under refernce geometry select axis.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Select the circular face and click OK.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Under External loads select Torque.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Select the inner face and axis1 as the direction.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Enter the torque value of 100 & click OK.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Now click Run.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Now we have the analysis result of the plummer block under torque.
