Tutorial - Using fit spline tool to merge splines into one in SolidWorks?

Here is the Tutorial.

  1. Step 1:

    Start SolidWorks in Part Mode.

  2. Step 2:

    Front Plane>>sketch. Make a spline.

  3. Step 3:

Draw another spline tangent to this one.

  5. Step 5:

Select the spline one by one. Check the delete geometry and uncheck the closed geometry. Keep the tolerance to a minimum.

  6. Step 6:

Click OK and we can notice that two splines are merged into one.

  7. Step 7:

Extrude the surface. We can notice that there is only one face.
