• Directly report to deputy manager/HOD. • Coordinate with mold maker on new and existing mold making projects • Preparation & evaluate of DMF’s for the new products as customer requirement • Check and verify all mold data received from mold maker, and also validate it from customer end • Responsible for all mold maker observations confirmation • Checking CAE analysis simulation and suggest solution to mold maker on identified critical issues/problems/defects. • Follow up mold all development processes till mold trial. • Preparation of OTS/Trial samples inspection & testing reports as required by Customers. • Responsible for in-house mold repairing and optimization. • Using Cad/Cam software and making cnc programs for any type cam task. • Preparation RFQ of the new product design for new customer development projects. • Preparation of WBS, Activity Plans and Master development. • Generate new sourcing for CKD child parts localization. • Concepts designing of machining/checking fixtures
